CBST2024 (12th China International Beverage Industry Science and Technology Exhibition) is held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 6 – 8 March 2024. This exhibition takes BRAND EXHIBITION, BEVERAGE LEADING INNOVATION as the theme, which brings together nearly 300 exhibitors and thousands of exhibits from all over the world, displays the cutting-edge innovation achievements in the field of beverage industry science and technology comprehensively, and attracts about 30,000 professional visitors from home and abroad.

The global first all digital intelligent dairy factory has won another award
After being awarded the honorary title of Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Base of Dairy Products by the China Dairy Industry Association, Mengniu Ningxia Factory has recently been awarded the honorary title of Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory Awarding Unit" jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the State Administration for Market Regulation. Zhongya has undertaken the design and manufacturing of an essential part of the digital intelligent packaging production line for the super factory.
The Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory is a national level major project jointly carried out by the five ministries and commissions above. Its aim is to select a group of enterprises in various industries and fields with high levels of intelligence, leading technological levels, and strong development driving effects, leading the replication and promotion of advanced experience and successful models in industrial intelligent manufacturing, and promoting the high-quality development of national intelligent manufacturing. The award of Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory Awarding Unit is a high recognition of Mengniu and the project undertaker Zhongya's continuous promotion of digital transformation and upgrading over the years, which has a high degree of recognition for the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing in the dairy industry.
This factory is the global first all digital intelligent dairy factory and it is also a Green Smart factory that integrates 5G+ three-dimensional, efficient, and intelligent production. The factory has achieved the Three One Hundred: 100 employees, 100 ten thousand tons of annual production capacity created, 100 one hundred million yuan RMB of annual output value achieved, which set a new record for the highest annual man-efficiency ratio in the global dairy industry.
In this Super Factory, there are numerous digital passwords and full set of efficient methodologies that lead to high efficiency. This includes the three major platforms of data acquisition, MES, and operation command that smart production relies on, as well as the five online platforms of online production scheduling, online material feeding, online testing, online operation and maintenance, and online decision-making, forming six smart platforms including smart procurement and supply, smart energy, smart production, smart inspection, smart logistics, and smart park area, in order to thoroughly integrate the full intelligent upgrading of the three full chains.
The overall planning of the whole factory includes 24 globally advanced production lines, Zhongya is responsible for all production processes of each production line after filling, till the products automatically enter the three-dimensional warehouse. It adopts multiple black technologies such as product intelligent flexible servo packaging technology, magnetic levitation rail separation control technology, unmanned auxiliary material transportation technology of overhead crane system, unmanned auxiliary material loading and unloading technology, waste AGV automatic collection and transportation technology, and multi-system operation scheduling technology, which maximize the unmanned digital intelligent operation of production lines, achieves exponential efficiency improvement, combines Invisible Technology with Visible Industrial Chain, and contributes wisdom to the development of intelligent manufacturing in the global dairy industry.
