Special Training Conducted for Ability Improvement of Golden Foremen

(Summary description)In order to further improve the comprehensive quality of the foremen, to explore the potential of general management and creative innovation of front-line managing personnel, and to improve the level of standardization and informationization for management, the company organized a two-day "Zhongya Gold Foremen Series Enhancement Special Training" from 25 to 26 February 2023, which was attended by the foremen from basic working units in Zhongya numbered more than 40.

 



 

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Jin, vice president of the company, put forward the following requirements for this training: Firstly, we should study hard, improve our ability and level, closely combine with the actual work of the post, think purposefully, learn with questions, focus on solving the problems encountered in the work, and continuously improve our ability to perform our duties and innovate in work. Secondly, we should take a good attitude and ensure the practical effect is achieved after the study and training. Thirdly, we should, within the limited time, concentrate on the time and try to improve their theoretical level and working level to safeguard the high-quality development of the company.

 



This training invited a senior lecturer, Mr. Liu Xueguang, to give a vivid two-day lecture on the role cognitive orientation of the foremen, team communication skills and the ability to find and solve problems. The trainees enthusiastically raised the problems and confusions encountered in actual work and interacted with the external lecturer for learning, effectively enhancing the training effect. The participants were inspired to further strengthen the workgroup construction of Zhongya, improve the management level of workgroups, and promote the gradual transformation of workgroup management into a lean and normalized closed-loop management mode to enhance the development momentum.

 

The foremen are the most fundamental managing persons of the enterprise, and are the links between the enterprise and the front-line staff, playing a vital role in the production operation. This training is extremely targeting and practical, regarding every person’s mind and empower every one in the work. As the first phase of the project, the foremen will use this golden foremen ability improvement training as a new starting point to combine the theories they have learned with work practices, continuously improve their comprehensive quality, enhance the management level of the workgroup, and contribute to the high-quality development of Zhongya with a progressing attitude, a raising spirit and a practicing will.
