  This equipment is suitable for the production of containers made of copolymers such as PE and PP. The screw head-up device is controlled by a high-precision hydraulic proportional valve.
The advanced forced slotted feed extrusion system effectively improves the plasticizing capacity of the raw materials, which is 60% ~ 80% higher than the traditional extrusion method.
The mold-shifting guide adopts high-performance linear double guide rails with high positioning accuracy, small motion damping, and fast and stable response.
Multi-cavity and multi-layer co-extrusion die head adopts international advanced technology, perfect runner design, low back pressure, fast color change and uniform wall thickness.
The reciprocating movement of the die-moving frame is controlled by Dr. Rexroth's high-precision proportional valve. The movement is stable and the cycle is short.

The front template uses a unique floating device to ensure uniform force on the mold parting surface and reduce the normal wear of the mold guide post and guide sleeve.
Internationally famous brand plastic machine dedicated industrial control computer, fast calculation speed, can realize time-sharing multi-task control, unique motion control software module makes the hydraulic action efficient and stable, high repeat accuracy.
The chassis adopts H-shaped structural steel structure, and the weight and center of gravity of the equipment are reasonably distributed to ensure the reliability and stability of operation.
The equipment is equipped with a 100-point parison control system as standard, so that the product wall thickness is more reasonably distributed according to the appearance, and the load is reduced under the premise of ensuring the product quality, which effectively saves the product production cost.
