Founded in 1992, Hangzhou Zhongya Machinery Co., Ltd. is a company listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Symbol: 300512), dedicating to the development, manufacture and sales of intelligent packaging equipment and unattended vending equipment. With over 1,300 employees it has a total area of 200,000 square meters involving the modern final assembly workshop, precision parts manufacture workshop, R&D centre, training center, operation center and other buildings, among which there are 80,000 square meters’ area of headquarter in downtown Hangzhou and another 120,000 square meters’ area of new facility in Qingshanhu Hangzhou, and it makes the company one of the largest manufacture base in China for the intelligent packaging equipment.
The company is honored the National Key High-Tech Enterprise in National Torch Program and its RD center is awarded China Dairy Packaging Machinery R&D Center, China Packaging Machinery R&D Center and Zhejiang Province Outstanding Enterprise Technology Center. The company always regards the technology creation as the core driving force, and at present the RD center includes over 190 technical personnel at mediate and high level from various sectors of mechanical design, automation control, bioengineering etc. As of the end of 2020, the company has organized the drafting or participated the preparation of 12 National Standards (GB) and 7 Industry Standards. In addition, the company has also filed 717 patent application, among which 612 application have been issued (187 invention, 346 utility model) and 3 application are awarded internationally.

Another powerful support to the quality assurance is the world-advanced digital controlled machining and inspection equipment, including unattended flexible machining line, large-scale gantry pentahedron machining center, five-axis linkage complex machining center, turning-milling complex machine, high-speed laser cutting center, machining center, CNC lathe, three-coordinate measuring machine, spectrum analyzer and others are introduced from Germany, Japan, USA, Switzerland and other countries.
The product portfolio of Zhongya involves dozens types of equipment categorized into 11 sections, including the bottle blowing machine, the filling machine, and the end of line intelligent packaging line, which are widely applied in dairy, beverage, homecare, pharmaceuticals, edible oil, food, seasoning, spirits and other industries. The company also offers the clients the total solution from the production line planning, design, engineering, and equipment lifecycle maintenance service etc. Through years of hard work, the machines of Zhongya have been sold to clients in over 55 countries and regions worldwide and 31 provinces in China, among which the domestic clients involve those big giant Cofco, Yili, Mengniu, Bright Dairy, Wahaha, Nongfu Spring, Tingyi, Uni-president, Want-want, Jinmailang, Hengrui, CR Double-crane and other famous customers, as well as multinational groups like Nestle, Danone, Coca Cola, Pepsico, Unilever, Cargill, Wilmar, General Mills, FrieslandCampina, Meiji, Ferrero and others.
